Privacy Policy

Athlete Imposter: Party Game doesn’t collect any data about you. Everything you type into the game stays on your phone.

This policy covers the iOS app Athlete Imposter: Party Game (“the app”), made by Chief Labs LLC (“we” or “us”).

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and no tracking. It makes no network requests of its own and we run no server, so there’s nowhere for your data to go. On the App Store its privacy label reads Data Not Collected.

What stays on your device

To work, the app saves a few things locally on your iPhone:

We never see any of this. Roster names, settings and preferences are deleted when you delete the app, and you can clear the roster at any time from the app’s Settings.

In-app purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases: an All-Access subscription (monthly or lifetime) and individual packs. Apple processes every purchase. We don’t receive your name, email, Apple ID, payment details or any other personal information from those transactions. The app checks what you’ve unlocked on the device, using Apple’s StoreKit.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Third parties

The only third party involved is Apple, which acts as the payment processor for in-app purchases and handles that information under its own privacy policy. We don’t share, sell or rent data to anyone, because we don’t have any.

Children

The app isn’t directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the way the app handles data changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date before the change ships in an app update.
